What can I expect from The Vatican: Immerse Experience

Discover, Immerse and Engage with The Vatican City. This is one of a kind experience that will help you know, see and experience more than you have ever before. The 20k Sq Ft is divided into 3 zones. Discover Zone takes you closer to the history, the people and their stories including interesting “did you know” facts. Immersive Zone is a visual treat which will transport you to the Vatican city, get to see the city in a new dimension which allows you to see the city up close. Engage with VR, Games, Photo Booth etc at our Engage zone.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at ACE Mission Studio, 516 S Mission Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90033

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 100 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe. You can read the safety measures here.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

There are no special accessibility options provided for deaf people. The experience is more visual and can be enjoyed. Music is not a critical part to enjoy the experience.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

There are no special accessibility options for the visually impaired.

Will there be strobe lights?

There are no strobe lights. But certain visuals could be a bit flashy and also some imagery could create disorientation. Visitor discretion is advised.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Limited Food and beverage options.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Can children do VR alone?

Certain visuals could be a bit flashy and create disorientation. Visitor discretion is advised.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes chairs will be available. But they are limited and are on first come first serve basis.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes restrooms will be available on site.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

No.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No. tickets can only be purchased on fever app or fever website.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for The Vatican: Immersive Experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Do I need to wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

While we would try and accommodate you at the earliest possible it is not guaranteed. We would accommodate depending on various factors such as rush, show time, last entry time etc.

Can I bring animals?

No.

Are service dogs allowed?

No.

Is there an age requirement?

No.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

We are not completely ADA compliant but we do have accessibility for wheelchairs and restrooms which are ADA compliant.

Is there parking available?

Limited parking available, but public parking is available nearby. Parking at private parking could be charged and be made available only on first come first serve basis.

What if the weather is bad?

In case the show is cancelled due to bad weather, the tickets can be either refunded or rescheduled for another day.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Limited wheelchairs are available for rent and is provided on first come first basis.
